Manchester United beat Spanish opposition Real Sociedad in the Europa League round of 32 tie on Thursday evening.
The Old Trafford club ran riot after defeating Imanol Alguacil Barrenetxea’s men 4- 0 in Turin.
After the game, Bruno Fernandes who scored a quick brace in the encounter said his target is to score goals for his team and to also win trophies.
On their performance, he said the team did well but the game is not yet over and will have to make it done in the second leg at Old Trafford.
“We’re in this competition to win it,” he said.
“My target is scoring the most goals I can and trying to assist my teammates in scoring too. My target is trophies, and winning trophies is more important than scoring goals.
“Today I think we did everything well. We still have the second leg and a tough game at home; 4-0 is a good result but we have to be aware of what Real Sociedad can do.” Fernandes said
Marcus Rashford added the third eight minutes later before Daniel James, who had earlier seen an effort chalked off for offside, made it four in the dying seconds.
The second leg will be played next Thursday at Old Trafford.
